How many wheelsets can the system handle?
There is no practical limit. DekkPro is used by shops with a few hundred wheelsets and by shops with several thousand, in the same system.
How does the technician find the right wheelset?
Every wheelset has a location with section and code, and a label with a QR code. The technician scans the code or looks up the registration number and sees where the set is stored.
Can customers book their tire change themselves?
Yes. You send an SMS when the season approaches, and the customer books a time via a link. The appointment lands directly in the schedule, so double bookings are avoided.
Can I invoice tire hotel customers automatically?
Yes. The seasonal fee is invoiced from the system, and you have an overview of who has paid. The vouchers pass on to your accounting system.
Is tread depth recorded on the tires?
Yes. Tread depth is recorded per wheel and stored on the wheelset, so you see how it develops season by season. The technician can do it on a phone out at the rack.
What happens if a customer never collects their tires?
