Current prices can be found on our website or in your agreement with us.
Billing:
- Billing occurs in advance per month or year
- Payment deadline is 14 days from invoice date
Price Changes:
We may adjust prices with 30 days notice. Significant changes grant the right to terminate.

In case of late payment, the service may be suspended until outstanding amounts are paid.

Availability:
We strive for 99.9% uptime for the service (measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance).
Maintenance:
Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance and is preferably performed outside normal business hours.
Support:
- Email support: Response within 1 business day
- Critical errors: Troubleshooting started within 4 hours during business hours

Service provided "as is":
We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

- Maximum of what you have paid for the service in the last 12 months

- Indirect losses or consequential damages
- Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
- Third-party services

Disputes shall be sought resolved through negotiations. If this does not succeed, the dispute may be brought before the ordinary courts with Oslo District Court as the legal venue.
