Scan the wheelset – straight from your pocket
Instead of searching through lists, you start with the camera. Point the phone at the QR code on the tire hotel label and the app pulls up the right wheelset instantly. Alternatively, scan the registration number straight from the label – or type it in manually if you prefer. The customer, the car and the stored wheels appear at once.
Record tread depth in seconds
The app shows every wheel in the set – summer, winter and any extra wheels – and you enter the tread depth in millimetres for each tire. It warns you if not all wheels have been measured, so nothing is forgotten. The measurements are stored on the wheelset and become part of the tires’ history in DekkPro, ready the next time the customer visits.
Photos and documentation that follow the tires
Take photos of the tires directly in the app – useful for documenting condition at drop-off, showing wear or noting damage. The photos are stored on the wheelset alongside any comment, so both you and the customer have the same documentation to rely on.
The whole tire hotel job in one place
Dekkpro Mobil is more than a measurement note. You set the hotel category and storage location, record tire info and complete the work with the right status – all from the phone while you stand at the wheels. What you register in the app is immediately visible in the tire hotel module and the rest of DekkPro.
Installs like an app – without an app store
Dekkpro Mobil is a web app (PWA). You add it to your home screen straight from the browser, without going through the App Store or Google Play. It works on both iPhone and Android, updates automatically and needs no extra install on each phone. Signing in is fast and secure with face recognition, so the technician is up and running in seconds.
Why it matters
When tread depth and photos are recorded already at drop-off, you get clean documentation, faster check-in and a solid basis for offering new tires before the old ones are worn out. The customer gets peace of mind, and the workshop is freed from paper notes and double entry. The measurement data builds up over time, so you see how each wheelset develops.
